Photo Time

The Quilters' Heritage Celebration is winding down and my annual visit to Amish Country is coming to an end. I spent Saturday teaching my "Crazy Quilted Pins and Pendants" class to a group of talented and enthusiastic women. A shared sense of accomplishment whirled around the room in a big noisy wave as we gathered up the nearly-completed projects and pinned them on the board. Everyone grabbed their cameras. I hope that each person will look at those photos and see in them a record of a day when we conjured up art from fabric and beads, ribbons and ideas, embroidery floss and creativity. We can do whatever we set our minds to doing.
